Payprweight may use proprietary Artificial Intelligence (“AI”) technology to assist in certain aspects of our Services, but we will not make any decisions based solely on automated processing of your personal information. Payprweight does not use AI for profiling or in any decision-making with potential to produce legal or other significant impacts. Decisions concerning our Services and data processing protocols are made by authorized personnel. Our goal is to ensure your rights and interests are protected, and that you are not subject to decisions made without human involvement.

Right to limit: We do not use or disclose sensitive personal information for purposes other than those specified in California Consumer Privacy Act Regulations, section 7027, subsection (m), so there is no reason to exercise a "Right to Limit" under California law.

To verify your request, you may need to provide proof of identity, such as non-personal information about your account. You may also designate an authorized agent to make a request. The agent will follow the same procedures described above. If you use an authorized agent, we may require proof that the agent acts on your behalf.
We will respond to your data subject request as required under applicable law. In the event we decline your request, partially or fully, you may appeal the decision to our senior management. To appeal, simply follow the same process for submitting a request and include "Appeal" in the title or other part of the request.
